Training & Learning
We provide both workplace training and community learning opportunities to give people confidence to support the mental health of themselves and others. We aim to strip away myths and stigma associated with mental distress through offering sound, positive, practical information.
For local residents we offer free community training with courses including skills and strategies to actively manage their own mental health and lead happier and more fulfilling lives.

Our courses can be booked individually or for small groups from the same organisation on our open access dates. For larger organisations we can provide a recommended approach based on your objectives and requirements. The training team will work closely with workplaces to deliver bespoke training, ensuring specific organisational needs are met to the highest standards.
